200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training

A certified 1-month intensive program to deepen your practice, to gain a firm basis in yogic philosophy, and to grow into a confident Yoga instructor.


The 4-week teacher training covers a vast range of fundamental yogic topics and transmits the essence of Hatha Yoga: Sun Salutations, Asana, Pranayama, Bandha, meditation & practical philosophy.


The systematic course structure is tailor made to suit the needs of prospective teachers. It includes correction and alignment classes, voice training, supervised practicums, teachings on Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, dieting, purification, and Thai-Yoga-Massage. Private coaching sessions give personal guidance, and the small group size allows perfect support.
