Locations

We chose two gorgeous tropical islands in South East Asia to provide the perfect surroundings for participants of our Yoga Teacher Training. Koh Phangan, Thailand and Bali, Indonesia are both characterized by lush jungle mountains, waterfalls, and the vast ocean with colorful coral reefs. Both provide a beautiful mixture of warm-hearted locals and a blossoming international Yoga community. Their welcoming cultures and natural beauty combine with the convenience of a well-developed modern infrastructure. Both locations carry a fascinating exotic flavor, and their profoundly spiritual roots still strongly influence their entire societies.

Koh Phangan in the Gulf of Thailand offers more economical lodging and is therefore the preferred option for people on a lower budget. The island of Bali provides a higher standard and a more comfortable stay. You will find all details about our venues and accommodation options via the links below.

Sunset on Koh Phangan

Koh Phangan Island, Thailand

Koh Phangan is a beautiful, small island located in the Gulf of Thailand. Tropical forests and waterfalls, the tranquil turquoise ocean, and glimmering white sand beaches characterize the island. The mixture of local Thai culture and international Yoga community contributes to the unique, laid-back atmosphere.

Our courses on Koh Phangan are hosted by the Coco-Nut & Noom Resort. The stylish venue is located directly on the waterfront, near the main harbor town of Thongsala. The place is characterized by dozens of coconut palms right on the beach, an amazing view of the turquoise ocean, and the fancy architecture.

Bali, Indonesia

The paradise island of Bali is a vibrant gem in the Indian Ocean: A diverse tropical landscape with black and white sand beaches, fertile volcanic mountains, and a rich cultural life make the island unique. The international surf and Yoga community is well integrated into the local society of the warm-hearted Balinese people.
Our Teacher Training is hosted by Prashanti, a small French-run resort located just outside of Ubud, on the edge of Sunset Valley. The welcoming place allows recharging in the soothing atmosphere of nature without missing the cultural richness of Ubud, which is only a ten minute walk away.
Our Yoga deck is overlooking the lush tropical valley to one side, and the green rice paddies on the other side. Our hosts at Prashanti are providing exquisite accommodation and delicious food for moderate prices.
