The cornerstones of our teachings are energy-based classical Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, spiritual heart meditation, and the non-dual wisdom of Advaita Vedanta. We aspire to synchronize mind and heart, to combine rational understanding with deep-going practice, and to develop present moment awareness. Authenticity and inspiration, passion and enthusiasm are our hallmarks.

Our practice encompasses the yin and yang aspects of Hatha Yoga. We teach a sequence of 28 classical postures, which combine the traditional static holding of poses with the dynamic flow of sun salutation. We exercise the control over body, mind and energies, while cultivating a continuous stream of awareness. To introduce the full scope of Hatha we also incorporate purification techniques, breathing exercises, and meditation. The practice is framed by the study of yogic philosophy, fundamental scriptures, subtle energies and chakras, and the state of consciousness.
We present a selection of key elements that will empower you to become a successful Yoga instructor: Steadfastness of practice, comprehensive knowledge of Yoga techniques, skillfulness in correction and adjustments, firmness in Yoga philosophy, and the development of leadership qualities. This reflects in our high conversion rate of graduates who in fact start teaching right after our training.

“If someone had told me two months ago that I´d be the person I am today, I wouldn’t have believed them. I’ve shown myself that I can become the person I’ve always wanted to be.
I owe so much of this to the both of you. Thank you. Thank you for being who you truly are, doing what you do and practicing what you say. It’s rare and it’s inspirational.”

April from New Zealand:
“We really got to the roots of Yoga.”
We chose two gorgeous tropical islands in Southeast Asia to provide the perfect surroundings for our Yoga Teacher Training. Koh Phangan, Thailand and Bali, Indonesia are both characterized by lush jungle mountains, waterfalls, and the vast ocean with colorful coral reefs. Both provide a beautiful mixture of warm-hearted locals and a blossoming international Yoga community. Their welcoming cultures and natural beauty combine with the convenience of a well-developed modern infrastructure. Both locations carry a fascinating exotic flavor, and their profoundly spiritual roots still strongly influence their entire societies.
To spend a whole month in such inspiring surroundings is a transformative experience in itself. Stepping out of the common environment can speed up our growth tremendously. We leave our known surroundings and attachments behind, and dare to be open to all possibilities. Together we enter into this safe and free space, in which we are allowed to redefine ourselves.
Koh Phangan in the Gulf of Thailand offers more economical lodging and is therefore the preferred option for people on a lower budget. The island of Bali provides a higher standard and a more comfortable stay.
