WHAT TO EXPECT?
The cornerstones of our teachings are energy-based classical Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, spiritual heart meditation, and the non-dual wisdom of Advaita Vedanta. We aspire to synchronize mind and heart, to combine rational understanding with deep-going practice, and to develop present moment awareness. Authenticity and inspiration, passion and enthusiasm are our hallmarks.
The syllabus of our Teacher Training encompasses a sequence of 28 classical postures. We balance the yin and yang aspects of Hatha Yoga by combining the traditional static performance of poses with the dynamic flow of the sun salutations. Our practice encourages a refined level of awareness and allows for a harmonious integration of body, mind, and energies. We also incorporate meditation, breathing exercises, and purification techniques to elevate your physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being. To support the practice we study yogic philosophy, explore fundamental scriptures, as well as subtle energies and chakras.
WHAT MAKES OUR TRAINING DIFFERENT?
We share the crucial ingredients that will empower you to become a successful Yoga instructor: persevering practice of relevant techniques, an understanding of [their] underlying mechanisms, skillful correction and adjustment, practical comprehension of yogic philosophy, and the development of leadership qualities. Our emphasis on teaching skills is reflected in a high percentage of graduates who actually start teaching right after our training.
Our dedicated team of professional teachers presents the vast subject of Yoga in a coherent structure. This allows beginners and advanced practitioners to obtain a lucid understanding of this fascinating science. We transmit applicable tools that allow you to take the practice off the mat, enabling you to integrate Yoga into your daily life.
We provide the perfect conditions for a holistic evolution of your entire being. The small group size of our course guarantees individual guidance in an intimate, family-like atmosphere. nspiring teachings and intense practice trigger profound development on many levels, making our Yoga Teacher Training a truly transformative experience.
HOW IS THE TRAINING STRUCTURED?
Our full-time training stretches over a 4-week period. Teaching hours are Monday to Saturday, 06:15-19:00. Days usually start with meditation and Hatha Yoga practice, followed by breakfast and the morning theory block. The lunch breaks allow for rest, study, and excursions into the stunning tropical nature. The afternoon sessions contain a second theory block, as well as another practice.
The first half of the training builds up a solid foundation of theory and practice, and the second half focuses on the development of teaching skills.
The curriculum of our 1-month intensive course is structured in the following way:
● Week 1: Practice and Theory
Basic asanas, breathing exercises, meditation, practical philosophy, chakras, diet, and first own teaching practicum.
● Week 2: Preparation for Teaching

We translate the profound wisdom of the Yoga tradition into accessible, modern language. We bridgetheory and practice, unite East and West, and integrate ancient insights with scientific facts.
We chose two gorgeous tropical islands in Southeast Asia to provide the perfect surroundings for participants of our Yoga Teacher Training. Koh Phangan, Thailand and Bali, Indonesia are both characterized by lush jungle mountains, waterfalls, and the vast ocean with colorful coral reefs. Both provide a beautiful mixture of warm-hearted locals and a blossoming international Yoga community. Their welcoming cultures and natural beauty combine with the convenience of a well-developed modern infrastructure. Both locations carry a fascinating exotic flavor, and their profoundly spiritual roots still strongly influence their entire societies.
To spend a whole month in such inspiring surroundings is a transformative experience in itself. Stepping out of our common environment can speed up our growth tremendously. We leave our known surroundings and attachments behind, and dare to be open to all possibilities. Together we enter into this safe and free space, in which we are allowed to redefine ourselves.
Koh Phangan in the Gulf of Thailand offers more economical lodging and is therefore the preferred option for people on a lower budget. The island of Bali provides a higher standard and a more comfortable stay.

It´s rare and it´s inspirational.” Kaitlin from USA , August, 2013
“The best elements of the TTC were the love within the group and from the teachers, the spiritual topics and meditation, and the view. I am so grateful for this amazing experience. I am honestly speechless and have no words to express the gratitude I have in my heart for the two of you. This TTC was exactly the next step for my spiritual journey and I can feel a newfound momentum. My life will never be the same and this is a beautiful thing. Thank you for helping me grow and dive deeper.” Ashley from USA, August, 2013
